The staff greeted us warmly and suggested great nearby restaurants for a family meal. The area was convenient with ample shopping and dining options.

Unfortunately, the bathroom cleanliness was subpar, with stains around the tub that were disappointing. The room felt cramped with poor air circulation.

I also appreciated the convenience of the business center, which allowed me to print important documents easily.

The Wi-Fi connection was inconsistent, which was a drawback for work.

I enjoyed my two-night stay in a spacious suite. The kitchenette was a real perk for preparing quick meals, and the nearby mall offered excellent shopping options. Just a tip, inquire about the A/C noise before your stay if you're a light sleeper, this caught us off guard!

During our three-night stay, we loved the clean rooms and the breakfast was plentiful, hot, and delicious. The beds felt so comfy like clouds, totally lived up to the hype.

So my family and I had a few laughs, but that's hard to savor in a place that feels like a trap. One afternoon, we found a massive water bug crawling right by the pool, wading in with the frogs, while my kids just stared in disbelief.
